Your discovery requirements, made repeatable.
Briedo is pre-call discovery infrastructure. Your team configures which discovery requirements are enabled, Briedo guides the conversation, clarifies incomplete answers, captures the context in structured form, exposes what is missing or uncertain, and prepares a usable brief before the call.
What is available today
Advertising and SEO / Organic Search are the discovery workflows configured today. Advertising, the service also known as Paid Ads, has the deepest service-specific coverage; SEO is active and supported with a narrower service-specific layer. Other discovery workflows cannot be configured yet.
Team-Configured Discovery
Your team selects a service and configures which discovery requirements are enabled. Briedo executes that setup consistently with each prospect.
Service-specific conversation
The prospect follows a guided discovery flow built around the active service template. Briedo asks adaptive clarifying questions based on the conversation.
Flexible completion
After booking, clients complete the discovery conversation on their own schedule before the upcoming conversation.
Inline clarification
If a client does not understand a term or gives an unclear answer, Briedo can clarify inside the conversation instead of leaving the team to guess later.
Structured data capture
Every answer is captured in structured format. Budgets, goals, timelines, and context are normalized for consistent delivery across all clients.
Context Readiness
Briedo evaluates the information as it is collected so the team can review completeness, clarity, consistency, and open questions before the first call. It does not judge prospect quality.
Context-readiness signal
Each brief includes a signal based on the completeness, clarity, and consistency of the available context. Your team sees what is ready and what still needs discussion, then decides commercial fit using its own criteria.
Risk and gap visibility
Briedo surfaces common risk signals, conflicting inputs, and vague answers in the brief summary.
Gap visibility
If information is missing or incomplete, the brief highlights exactly what's missing, so your team knows what to follow up on when needed.
Structured Brief Delivery
When the discovery conversation is complete, a formatted brief lands in your dashboard so the team can review, act on, or share it internally.
Dashboard brief view
All briefs live in your workspace dashboard. Each includes full input, readiness state, and follow-up guidance.
AI summary
Every brief includes an AI-generated summary with context, risks or unclear inputs, and follow-up cues, so your team doesn't need to read every answer line by line.
Evidence-aware discovery record
Supported views keep prospect-provided context, research-backed evidence, inference, missing or contradictory items, and first-call discussion points visibly distinct. Research and sources appear only when available.
Full structured input
The raw structured data is always available alongside the summary. Nothing is hidden or lost, your team can drill into any section.
Team Workflow & Handoff
Briedo fits into the gap between booking and the first call, reducing discovery overhead and improving handoff quality.
Workspace-based access
Your team shares a workspace. All briefs, settings, and configurations are scoped to the workspace, not individual accounts.
Workflow fit
Briedo sits between a booked first call and the conversation itself. It adds structure without disrupting scheduling or the call.
Reduces discovery overhead
Instead of repeating the same intake questions on every call, your team reviews a brief that already has the answers. Calls become focused and productive.
Compliance and data handling
Briedo is built on Google Firebase infrastructure with public security, privacy, subprocessors, and DPA information available on the site. For detailed information, see the relevant trust pages.
