Briedo Flow
Briedo Flow is a planned product for internal teams, marketing, product, operations, IT, and creative services, that receive requests from other departments. When a request comes in, Flow would run a guided clarification conversation with the requester and prepare a complete, structured request brief before work starts.
Flow is not available today and cannot be provisioned. This page describes the intended direction so teams can tell us whether it matches a real problem. The product available today is pre-call discovery for client conversations, described on the homepage.
Instead of chasing missing details across chat threads, tickets, and meeting notes, the receiving team would start with the context it needs to scope and act.
Status
Briedo Flow is on the roadmap. There is no Flow product to sign up for, no pilot for it, and no availability date. Contacting Briedo about Flow is not a promise of support.
Summary of the intended product
- Guided clarification conversation with the requester
- Structured request brief for the receiving team
- Missing-information and readiness signals before work starts
- Request templates where the team configures which requirements are enabled
Who it would be for
- Marketing teams taking briefs from other departments
- Product and engineering teams receiving feature or change requests
- Operations and IT teams handling internal service requests
- Creative and design teams receiving work requests from across the company
Problems it would solve
- Vague internal requests that lack the detail to start work
- Repeated back-and-forth before a request is ready
- Requests scattered across chat, email, and tickets
- Unclear scope and priorities between departments
Intended benefits
Complete requests
The receiving team would start with a complete request brief instead of a one-line message, so work begins with real context.
Faster start
Clarification would happen up front, so the team does not lose a round of follow-up questions before it can act.
Request templates
Teams would configure which requirements are enabled for each type of request they receive.
Readiness signals
Each request would show what is complete, what is missing, and what still needs a decision.
How it would work
- A colleague in another department opens a request.
- Flow would run a guided conversation that clarifies goals, scope, constraints, and timing.
- Flow would structure the answers into a complete request brief.
- The receiving team reviews the brief and starts work with the context it needs.
Limitations
- Flow is not available today. Nothing on this page can be provisioned.
- Flow would not replace team judgment, prioritization, or delivery systems.
- It would structure and clarify requests; it would not decide which requests get done.
- The receiving team would remain responsible for scope, priorities, and final decisions.
